How is the bassin on Beaver? Was thinking of fishing beaver instead of TR this weekend. I live 2 miles from Beaver but have to drive 10 miles to put in.
we went out uplake at hickory creek yesterday and caught 9, just one keeper of those though. the water is in the high 40's low 50's right now so i think it's still got another week or so before it really gets going.
btw that was only the 2nd time i've fished beaver and 1st time that far up the lake so take it for what's it worth.
