Anyone have any tips to offer for pickwick?

Good luck on getting any info from pickwick. It's one tough lake and if you find a honey hole, milk it for all it's worth and keep it to yourself.

For what it's worth, black and blue jig worked ok last weekend. Caught fish from 25 ft to 5ft. And the smallie was in 5ft, go figure.

Look for any drops or grass with deep water nearby. A good rule of thumb is to go to any buoys at the mouths of creeks, usually a good drop or hump around those.

Thanks for the info have a tournament over there this weekend, and i havent fished there much.Caught 12 fish saturday so i guess i'll go back there and see what happens.
