Its been a little tough on the upper end the last couple of weeks. You can catch some good numbers of spots off rocky points down river.
I just fished my club tourn. there this past weekend and won it with 15lbs and had a 4lb for big fish. Several of my fish came off bed. Alot of people don't realize it but there are several largemouth that wait for the water to come up to full pool before they spawn. I can usually make a little $$ on Logan because no one else is fishing for spawners right now but me and they all think I'm crazy.
I was fishing mid lake area in 68-72 degree water. I went up river and all I caught were dinks in 76-78 degrees. Everything came on a magnum lizard wtr/chart.
Appreciate the help fellas. I'm just going to be fishing for some relaxation while my girlfriend is visiting friends for the weekend. My Xpress is in the shop with motor issues so if you see a mud boat running the lake kicking up a good rooster tail this weekend it's me!!
