Fished the Big G on Friday...all fish were caught on trap-type lures, around grass lines. Best 5 20 pounds. We saw plenty of cruisingbass in the shallows, but nothing was locked down on a bed yet. Should be very soon.

I was up there saturday and didn't catch a thing. I hao maby two bites the whole day. Was on the water from 6:30 to 2:45 and fisheed Spring Creek, Browns Creek and around the state park.
First trip 3-10 to 3-12. Total of 3 keepers best fish 5#. Traps and shallow only 'pattern', did see one very large fish near the G'ville airport in about 6', could have been 10 or better. Weigh in at the Bassmaster tourney was only fair, several guys blanked.
