I've got the 7'6" Med.Hvy. I like it pretty well. On my scales it weighs 5.2 oz and balances pretty well. It is rated to 1 oz., but in my opinion it can't handle casting a 1 oz. plug. Other than that, I like it.

I got the new Crucial 7'11" MH 1/4 -3/4oz and I thought it would be good for DD22's, but it is too weak to cast them effectively, Its great for lipless cranks 5/8oz and smaller 3/8oz cranks on hard cover. I was thinking of going to one that handles weight up to 1oz for the DD's but think now I may need to get heavier rod.
