Painted a few Triple Trout rats and decided to do a wake bait for myself. Theres a ton of rodents swimming around the shallow timber and i can't wait to use this during the spring spawn!! I'll probably use an oxblood tail but took a picture with morning dawn for contrast.
Great paint! I make the same except I use the regular back treble and use the medium ss hitch hiker attached to the split ring then into the tail. I think you'll get more hook ups rigged that way.
Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!
