I have nothing to do with the sale of this engine and am just curious.

Gas Guzzling, oil burning, heavy BEAST of an outboard. They have enough torque to plane the Queen Mary. They can be made into GIANT horsepower producers though. They soud VERY sweet. But you better have a high limit on the Gas Card account. There is a local guy around here that was (is) very "in" to them and has a bucnh laying around.

I have "heard" the Lower units are junk for HP applications.
