chrome is a plating...not paint. There are lots of paints that say chrome but, they turn out bright silver.....good luck in your quest
i dont think the lures i use are actually plated, it seems like it flakes off like paint. i guess im looking for like a shiney mirror-like silver similiar to this...

That is chrome plated and the holy land for us hobby painters.

Plating will flake off.....and at a much faster pace than paint.
Thats plated. if you can find the lure you want in that factory chrome plate, just have someone put the colors on for you.The factory paint will come off to leave you with a plated blank.

cant find them in chrome anymore, thats the reason i ask... so chrome is pretty much outta the question unless its from the factory?

i have no problem with having a board sponsor do it. I was only asking cuz idk who CAN do it? Point me to a sponsor that can do what i want and thats fine with me.
The comment wasnt for meant for you and I believe basssnax is on his way to being a sponsorso I stand corrected.
I have some Pre-rapala Storm Deep Thunderstick Jrs id like to get chrome plated and then painted. How do i go about getting that done?
ALSA makes what they call killer chrome in comes in a spray can. Its good stuff, but tricky to apply. And its expensive, but looks great. You can find that on ebay. Sells for about $40 a can. Watch the application process on youtube if you decide to buy. They also make a product called mirra chrome. That you would need a paint gun for , but thats really good looking stuff. I paint cranks, and use it. Works excellent. Good Luck !!!!!!!!!!!!

I can foil some baits for you. They put off alot of flash and are similar to what you are looking for. I can do any color you want so feel free to IM me if you have any questions. Here are a few KVD 1.5's
