Whats needed to make Feathered Trailer hooks?

Ok so I have been searching around a bit and it looks like I will need a vise of some sort and a bobbin holder for tools. Can anyone give me suggestions on those? I need something that will hold a #2 treble hook.

Then what type of feathers do I need to use? I just want to make some white feathered trailer hooks for some top waters to start. Then I may expand to adding some to cranks and such later.

any links to tools and recommendations is appreciated.

really just get some hackle the colors you want, and sonme kind of head cement or sealer to coat the wrapping when done. Do them all the time and it is simple.
