How do you make lures out of PVC?

When I think of PVC I think of pipes. So I don't imagine you use piping or do you?

Can some please provide me with some info?

I almost have my man cave ready and I'm setting up an area to start painting, with an air brush, this will be my first time with a brush. I've only used, markers and fingernail polish.
I would also like to make lures out of PVC. I have seen a lot on here and they look great. I would like to give balsa or basswood a try also.

Any and all info would be greatly appreciated.

its pvc trim board can be bought from 3//4 to 1 inch thickness easily lowes carries it here
