Here's my latest bait. PVC, 3 1/4" long not counting the bill (4 5/8" overall), roughly 5/8 ounce. I based the shape on the Lucky Craft RC and BDS series.
I also posted a painting tutorial for this pattern in the Hard Bait Color Book sticky.

I'm not sure because I haven't been able to test it other than tank tests, so I'm guessing in the 8-10' range.
