    Custom Rod Musts?

If you were going to build a custom 7' 1" H action pitching rod for 1/4 to 1 1/4 oz jigs in a 15 lbs to 30 lbs Floro line rating what would your dream specs for the rod be?

IE: The best blank who's is it?, Micro guides or not ?, spiral wrap?, what type of split handle grip etc? Anything else that I forgot???

    TIA

Stan is an excellent rod builder. My friend has a bunch of them and I will definitely be calling him to see what he can offer

split grip, no foregrip, skeleton seat ECSM seat

#6 or #8 stripper guide, spiral wrap to #4 micros (i personally wouldnt go smaller if you are going to be using 30# fluoro)

    st croix 5c70HF

Finished rod should weigh around 3.5oz and bring a smile to your face everytime you pick it up!
