    so, i just painted my first bait

    and boy do i suck! but it is very fun and it makes you look at the bait's in a way i never did before. i will keep trying and sooner or later i will get it!

    p.s thanks for all the info and tip's you guy's have gave me!

    The more you paint, the better you will get . Should have posted a picture of your 1st bait. I did, definately not my favorite Still have it in my box just to see how far I have come in about 5 months, still learning here .

    I've been painting and making lures for years and I'm still learning myself. Keep at it, if it's something you truely enjoy you'll get better.

    Sometimes the fish aren't as critical as we are or as you are on yourself. Don't give up. You'll get the hang of it. I've been at it for a short time, and I still have a lot to learn... but I absolutely love it... and my friends and family are keeping me real busy now.
