    Custom Painted Reel (Aluma Shad)

I call this one Aluma Shad , it has an aluminim base and really shines through the scales. One of my favorites so far .

Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!

What kind of paint & clear coat do you use? Iv been wanting to do some reels for a while, just didnt know what to use. Iv worked & own a paint store for 25 yrs, just dont know much about that kind of painting.
    GREAT job, That looks fantastic.

I used createx paint and D2T epoxy for the clear . Its a tough job, but well worth the effort .

Sweet looking reel. Now you just have to figure out where to attach the treble hooks and diving lip...
