    Pouring Lead

ok i have a question for everyone.
Im just getting in to pouring my own jigs and baits.

What do you do with the extra lead? if i melt to much down what should i do with the excess? let it cool in the pot and just reheat later? or pour in to an ingot?

Let it cool in the pot. It won't hurt anything.
