How about something like these? I have a mold built for two different sizes and have another size coming.

Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!
I like to find some myself

I actually want one of these two hooks Owner or Gamis but the lead wont grab the strait shaft like having a bend in the hook and the weight slides. I dont want to have to paint/glue them in place.
I was gonna either make it out of the larve jig mold, tube jig, or the tapered tube TA mold as they offer a more open hook design to not hang up and have weights I like.

Sorta, except mine are like an aspirin-head, round but thin viewed on edge. The head has a shallow, flattened double cone-like profile to it, induces an additional wiggle in the bait as it sinks.![]()
You don't have to glue the lead in place! Take 220 grit sand paper and clean the finish where the lead is going on the hook. I have done this many times and no problem with slippage.![]()
