1985 XP 150 Water pump housing!! - HELP!

I need some help.... I am replacing the water pump in my XP 150 - E150STL COS. I do not have instructions on how the housing goes together. There are some o rings that I don' t want to get in the wrong spot. Is there anywhere I can download these or am I kinda screwed? The manual I have didn't show the housing only how to change the impeller. Any help would be appreciated... Thank you.

I have checked there. I think I have it figured out. Now I have a new problem.. of course.... when I got the lower unit back on it won't come out of gear. I think the shift rod must have gotten moved. So I get to take it back off and retry. Oh well... no biggie.

If you got an after market kit I'm not surprised but a bona fide BRP kit will have the directions with the kit. Parts break down on http://www.shop.evinrude.com will be of assistance. If you need anything answered let us know.

Thank you ChampioNman! I do have one question..... do you have any tips for installing the lower unit? I installed it last night and got everything put together including the pain in the rear end bolt into the shift rod. It is stuck in gear now. I am thinking that the shift rod must have gotten moved. I don't think I moved it but I guess it's possible. Is there a measurement for that rod?

22 1/6" in neutral from the top of the housing to the center line of the shift rod. Make sure you are in reverse when you install the LU and have the shift linkage in reverse.

Thanks! Neutral is one click up from Reverse right?
