85 ranger 373v, 85 rude 150 with 3 blade 24 pitch raker or 4 blade 25 pitch shooter, once on pad doesn't seem to have much bow lift at all? heres the question: why, when i back out of the throttle a little bit do i get bow lift?

When the speed increases the hull lifts out of the water. That means that the "float point" moves further aft, and therefore the part out of the water becomes heavier and moves forward from the "float point", and the bow drops. You will need a setback, more trim, move weight back in the boat, or a prop with more lift.
