If you're using powder paint get or make a fluid bed. You can see some instructions for making one here

Or you can check tackleunderground in the wire section as a free member and you'll find everything you want to know. One bit of advice though learned the hard way is if you're doing Pony Head Jigs is to put some tin foil around the swivel when you dip the paint on them and take it off before curing the paint in the oven.
