FICHT or VRO oil tank

HI I need a oil supply tank for my year 2000 ficht 200hp ,have found on ebay a evinrude vro tank can i use this for my engine .If different can i make alterations to tank so it is useable.Reason i ask is it seems easy to find reasonable cost vro oil tank unlike the ficht one .cheers iain

You need a SystemCheck style oil tank, which would be a 1996 or later model. It will have a tan and black wire pair that goes to the motor and uses a plastic dual pin connector which matches to the one on the engine harness.
