Went to the lake friday night, cranked the motor, and but it in reverse, it died.... No biggy, re-cranked, same deal.... Then the last time,,, it didn't sond good. Pulled the top off the motor, starter top broke off, wedged between the drive and the flywheel
.... So, got back to the shop, changed starters, cranked her on the hose, it's almost like it is down on 3 cylinders... plus, put it in gear in reverse, she turns, but makes bad noises, and then just kills the moto..... in forward no noise..... in netural spin the prop.... no noises.... so, today, yanked the lu off really cant tell anything as it does fine... in neutral, locks into gear good nd all.... pulled the plugs, 456 are bad lookin.. like they ain't been firing.... could the starter deal cause a short of the pack? Really sucks..
