35 hp and the key switch or lanyard will not shut the motor off. What should be the things to check with this condition? he has changed the switch with no luck.( It's a guy here at work).He had to pull the fuel connector off to kill it.

i had a 35hp that did the same thing and the module was bad after i replaced everything uder the sun
will pass this stuff along. anything else to check?
