On my 1994 Evinrude 150GLERA I was pumping some fuel out tonight with an electric fuel pump thru the thru hull fitting using a clear hose and there was alot of air bubbles. Could this be from the electric fuel pump creating a tornado effect in the tank sucking air from the top? The bubbles would come and go.

Possibly, but I would think more along the lines on loose clamp on one of the hoses.
