how can you tell the difference between Rattlin rouges

Have a bunch of rouges in my box but can't tell the difference between suspending and floating. hate tying one on and then it not being what I want.

The suspending ones say "suspending" on the bill

someone once told me the ones with the orange eyes suspend and the ones with the yellow eyes float. I have some that suspend and I am pretty sure they don't say anything on the bill. Some of these are several years old. I have a couple that say suspending on the side and one that says it on the bill. Thanks

I have some that suspend and they have yellow eyes, and mine are only 2. maybe 3 years old at the most.
