What would be the symptoms of a loose, dirty, poor, ground off the power packs?

What would be the symptoms of a loose, dirty, poor, ground off the power packs?
running rough like it is "missing" and starting hard...as well as a couple spark plugs were a bit more "wet" than I felt they should be.
In trying to track that down, I was checking the spark plugs and found loose connections on both the power packs and the two grounded "little black modules" that the spark plug wire plug onto.
I meant to take it out today to see if it runs any different but did not get time.
