Lowrance or hummingbird color gps and link them ! Both are good units and pick the size you can afford....the bigger the better with screen size as when you get older it is harder to see them.....just ask Mike.....

If you want GPS and ain't worried about linking, then the HB 597ciHD is on sale for $499 would be a good choice. No GPS I would look at the HB 596 HD DI. Mount it on a long arm ram mount and it won't be such a strain on the eyes.
