My organizer holds a dozen. I have another under the organizer and sometimes another on deck. I need to whittle the number down...but with 30+ in my rod locker in the garage, it's hard!![]()

Dang girl, and people say I have too many........
Daiwa / St. Croix / Abu Garcia / Sufix / Humminbird / Motorguide

And that does not count a number of salt water rods. Nor does it count the Loomis blank I won at the Smokey rally which is being made into a flipping rod...
It's a disease, I tell ya!!!!!![]()
Last year I normally had 18 rods in the boat, about 10 of them on the deck at all times. Not sure why, like most of you I really only end up using about 6 of them.![]()

Wow some of y'all must have been boy scouts and very well prepared. I usually keep 6 in my side of the rod box. But really will only use 3-4 of those. A soft craw on a jig, crankbait, jerkbait, and a worm. The topwater and spinnerbait rods seldom even make it up on deck.
Azure AZ200 (with stuff like cupholders, bathroom and table)
12 in the locker, a few on the deck, a drop shot rig and a couple spinning rigs in the other side.
Befor a tourney I rig each rod...something a little different on everything, depending on where I'm going. When I'm searchin' I'll pull out each one until I get some idea what's gonna work, then I'll take a few minutes and re-rig as necessary.
It's pretty easy to know if I've had a rough day when I pull up for weigh in...just look to see if I have 4 or 17 rods on the deck....![]()

No wonder I can't catch any fish, I don't have enough rods in the boat. Most of the time I carry 6 to 8 rods. Only take 4 or 5 if I'm fishing in someone elses boat.
2019 Blackjack 256
Mercury Verado 350
usually 10 in the rods box and they all come out fun fishing or prefishing. During a tourney i usually have 2 to 4 on the deck unless i am struggling.
25 to 30 and have 4 NIB reels for backups. Need to be ready for all occasions.I'm thinking about putting me one of the new alarm system on my boat to keep them safe.

On a normal trip to a local I take just what I plan to use (usually have seven on deck) and maybe 1 or 2 spares in the box. Strap em to the deck before I leave and carry them in when I get home. If I am going to a tournament where I will be staying over night I carry about 15.

I roll with about 4. That's usually all I need. If I can catch a pattern then I am good to go.
Counted them tonight, and well, it was a lot.![]()

Hummmm you aren't afraid to mention because someone else may read this thread. If your scared say your scared.![]()
Too many to fit on the deck but not enough to catch fish on a regular basis. My boat 15-18 ish, back seater - 5-6.

When youre only fishing in water 2' deep, how many different presentations are there?![]()
Normally keep 5 or 6 on deck and the other 8 or 9 in the box. and at least 1 or 2 spare reels just in case the worst backlash in history. spare spools for the spin tackle with braid on.
Seriously...how long did it take you guys to get that many rods and reels?![]()
