any 60* V-6 will bolt right up. A 90* V-6 will require a drive shaft and shift rod swap.

champion is corect i did this to put a 60 degree lower on 90 degree motor cost about 500 with new seals drive shaft shift shaft and water pump kit and new fluid used advanced marine services in michigan they are awsome and about the cheapest i found
