Just took 4 big racks of pork ribs off the grill,been cooking for almost 5 hours,slowly.Two racks I used a dry hand rub,the other two with some awesome B-B-Q sauce.Can't wait ill dinner!I understand the Vicks are having Boston Butts,gonna be some awesome eating tonite.

Yep, just pulled the butts off the grill Mike. Let 'em set a bit, then chopping and seasoning into the famous BBQ.
Ribs were my second choice today. Butcher had some mighty good looking ones in the case with the butts.
Mike, could you air-mail 1/2 a rack down to Florida.....man that sounds like some good eats!
