Well the cocoa butter spil wasnt as bad as expected but I took some pics of what we did. If yall have ever wondered how it looks to be inside a container ship here ya go.....

Big pile of cocoa butter....was like soap crumbles after sweeping it up

Trust me this looks like a piece of cake job and it was but what a logistic nightmare due to schedule and them off loading containers as we were working....very noisy.

I would have thought coco butter was biodegradable....why not just wash it down?

Well for one it slicker then baby oil on a wooden floor and they are already having issues with there bilge pumps where it got in them while underway. The cold water temps hardened it up since that is below the waterline and it was in a solid state except for the mess by the fuel oil tanks which are heated and directly to the right and left. Actually one pic shows one of the tanks to the right.

Patrick , that looks like solids. Was the cocoa butter solidified or did you add something to it to get it like that to make cleanup easier?

It was in a solid state after crossing the cold atlantic waters....that cargo hold is below the water line....the only part that was liquid was against the fuel tanks.
