USA 2018 Z-19 LOSS OF ELECTRICAL POWER

    Good morning all!

MY Z-19 is losing all power when I am running and hit a good wake or wave.....I have checked the Obvious connections at the battery,,,,,this is ELECTRICAL PWR only ...seems to be everything that runs thru the 12v system via the push Button next to key. I.e. ALL Nav Lights.....Console Graph and livewell pwr...

Can push button and will come back on ...only to go off again...seems something is just lose?

Looking for anyone that has had this issue or knows best place to start with trouble shooting....could it be the battery, I have an 18 month old X2 Power Battery from Battery +

Thanks ahead of time for any insight on this....just kind of shady running in the early morning and lose nav lights n graph

I would check/replace the console pushbutton switch, they are known to go bad. Had to replace mine within the first year.

I have the same boat, my actual accessory power push button switch went out. I bought a new one off Amazon for less than $10 and fixed my problem...it was a little tricky finding the exact replacement, but once I got the right one it has worked perfectly since. I know some others have had problems with the actual control pad, but mine has been good.

Here is the push button switch I went with: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076GXZDY5...title_0_0&th=1

i had a nylon multi pin connector break and when i hit wakes would power off everything, this was in the console and several boats ago.

I had a similar issue with my 2018 Z20. Every time I would get in rough water, my GPS would turn off. I crawled up under the console and found that it was a loose wire. A screwdriver and a half a turn fixed it. But I'm not sure if everything went off or just my GPS. All I know is that I lost power

Did you lose the power to whole graph or just GPS?

Make sure your battery switch/disconnect is ok. Also verify wire crimps associated with the disconnect. That was my problem

not sure on the newer boats this was on a z9.

A loose connection, as also mentioned, is most likely your culprit. So no one is wrong on this post. could be any connection.

The whole unit went dead. Once I found the loose screw connection and tightened it everything was fine

This is exactly the reason we are all here, to see if someone has or had the issues we face. One boat owner helping another. It beats taking to a mechanic or dealer and losing fishing time, as in our case.
