Nitro Z20 pro shoot thru hull problem

I have a 2024 Nitro Z20 pro it has a Lowrance hds 12 pro with 3 in 1 transducer mounted to the jack plate and a shoot thru hull transducer mounted in the hull, all installed buy the dealer. The problem is it stops showing depth after 50 mph it shows bottom but depth shows 3 dashes. I took it back to the dealer and they checked the transducer and said it was in the proper place and mounted good. They told me unfortunately the design of the Nitro hull some time this happens. I find this hard to believe, could someone give me some info on this. Thanks

Be sure your system is pulling from the in hull transducer when on plane
mine did the same thing Russel Marine helped me out

i installed my thru hull ducer to get the best spot. Reading at 50 mph is on the edge of not working.

If you're reading depth at 50 you're doing better than 90% of boats out there. Majority lose depths around 40.

I had to replace my "Y" cable because depth was intermittent at standing still. unplugged each transducer and plugged them in directly to the unit. They both worked when plugged in, leaving me to believe the "Y" cable is the problem. My suggestion is to directly plug it in to the unit and see if that works.
