Getting anywhere near the foster care system will expose you to a lot of heartbreak in a hurry. There are far too many dregs of society making babies and a baby born with it's own drug addiction is one of the roughest starts I can think of.

I think I read hear that here in WV there are over 5 thousand kids in foster care. And we are a small population state. Just Sad.
Our next door neighbor that is fighting cancer now. They had a couple foster kids. But I think when mom gets cleaned up a little with the drugs they give the kids back. At least that the way I understand it. Then the mom dad gets back on drugs and the kids go back in foster care. It is very sad.
Never a good outcome with addiction and babies..............kudos and respect to those who take foster kids.

There's lots of decaffeinated brands that are just as tasty as the real thing.
