For those that may need a hydraulic plate this season

These were sold in a lot to Great Lakes Skippers and they would be very nice on some of your applications.

If you're looking for a hydraulic plate, these are the heavier model plates for a 400 engine and they would work great on many rigs.

Might save someone a buck on a nice setup.

I have this JP on my cougar. It works well, only issue is the coating is fading at the water line and kinda looks like crap. I don't know why, the boat is not left in water when not in use nor is it stored outside. Other then that it's fast , accurate and strong.

They are anodized aluminum instead of painted and you will have to continually coat them to prevent fading. They will not chip or peel either.

i used to spray my detwiller down with wd-40 before and after each use. It still looked new years later when I sold that rig.
