Dang hope they get some good rain soon. They can have some of ours.
Very dry in Northern MN. Very little rain over the last month.
Our lake is still 25 ft high, down 10 ft from the all time record high level. They can take that.

We have already had weather warnings about the smoke coming this way.
I hate that. One of the best fishing trips in my life was a fly in trip to Manatobia.
I wish our neighbors to the north would quit packing the skies with greenhouse gases. Perhaps a forest fire tax would work?

Barren River Lake in KY. Green, Nolin, Rough, and Taylorsville also set record high levels this year.
They say the smoke should be arriving in Michigan today. I hope it doesn't get as bad as 2023.
