    Low Voltage Helix 9

I am only getting about 4 volts to my Helix 9. I am wired directly to my Odyssey battery which is less than 2 years old. Connections are clean.

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks you

Even small inadequate wiring wouldn't account for that much voltage drop. The age of a battery has nothing to do with it going bad. They can do that at any time. My guess, would be some sort of short in the battery. Take it to an auto parts store and have it load tested.

    Thank You SLY

Today it is getting 12.85, perfect voltage. My Opti starts perfectly every time and I have religiously maintained the battery, so I don't believe it is bad. But I will get it checked.

    Thank You
