Power Pole Blade 8’ issues

I have a set of 8 foot power pole blades each ran on their own separate pump. Last time out one side would not retract once they were deployed but the other would so I disconnected the hydraulic line and pulled it up and tied in place to finish that trip. Just started troubleshooting and The first thing I did was swap the control boards same issue after that. When I hit the up or down on the bad one it winds and sounds like it’s maybe half pumping but some clicking also. Since I’ve eliminated the control board does it need an entire new motor and pump or is there something else to check?

could be a bad valve send the pump into powerpole for a rebuild , much better option then buying a new pump.
