Solix G1s vs Helix G3

Redoing an old Ranger 518VX and putting some spare units on it. I have 2 Solix G1 15” units both with transducers and gps pucks, and 2 Helix 12” units( on G3N with transducers and the other G4N without a transducer ) both are SI/DI units.
I haven’t used any of the units, just know they work and got
them on trade. I’m also planning to install a mega 360 and Live Target transducers. Have two Humminbird network boxes. So question is which units should I use? Would like two up front and one at the console. I’m not 100% I can get a 15” unit at the console. Any help or thoughts are appreciated!

If you want to use MEGA 360 and MEGA Live, you will have to use the Helix G3N or G4N SI/DI units, and there is limited data shared between Solix G1 and Helix.

MEGA LIVE 1 will run on the first generation SOLIX.

Ah, good to know; this might make OP's options more flexible, since the M360 won't run on the Solix G1.
