1996 Gambler Intimidator specs
Looking into purchasing a gambler and was just curious If anyone has a rough Idea on overall weight including the trailer. I believe it is the 19ft model and has a single axle trailer. What top speed could I expect, it has a 98 mercury 200. Any info would be appreciated.

I don't own that setup but the boat, motor, and trailer are around 2500 lbs. Add weight for fuel, batteries, trolling motor, and electronics. A half ton truck should have no issues pulling it. No idea how fast it will go but I imagine around 65mph depending on the prop and jack plate. Hopefully someone who has one will chime in.

Ok thanks for the info, around 2500 is what Ive been seeing from other posts but was skeptical due to other brands that size being listed around 3500 w trailer and all. 2500 would be very nice for towing around though. Ive heard gamblers take on less water weight compared to other used boats over time so not sure if that's a factor, but could be a plus. My vehicle has a cap of 6500 so I think I would be fine either way.

If you running 36v trolling motor with wet cell batteries,4 batteries total, a full tank of gas, plus trolling motor, it could be around 3200. I don't like to go over half max towing capacity when towing distances but that's just me. Sounds like you will be ok.
