One boat network won’t pair raptors

Been trying to get my raptors to into the One Boat Network on my Ultrex Quest. I’ve been using the app, and it won’t keep the Ultrex paired to Bluetooth at the same time as the raptors. So when I pull up the app on my phone, nothing comes up under the “Foot Pedal” option as only waypoint or set autopilot….no option for the raptors.any thoughts on how to overcome that?

I would make sure that the Ultrex, the raptors, have the latest updates. If I'm not mistaken I believe that you can only have one device connected to your phone that is Bluetooth. However I do believe that the remote will handle both units. You may want to call Minn Kota about that.

Your phone can only have one bluetooth connection at a time.

Have you resolved this? I'm having the same problem and it's driving me crazy! All software is updated. My raptors are on the one boat network and I can control them from my phone, but as the op stated it won't show them as an option on the foot pedal deal. So frustrating trying to get this stuff set up

Strange my phone is paired to my minn kota TM, my Garmin graphs as well as my Ionic Batteries all at the same time

Bluetooth is a 20+ year old technology and newer devices can pair with up to 9 devices at the same time

Humingbird has had issues with the Bluetooth right from the start and as far as I know they are still having issues

I have heard people jokingly call it the one device network

You are correct. You can pair them but you do not communicate with them until the app is open. I know my phone I cannot do a split screen where I can have both apps open at the same time. I don't know anything about other phones but I have an Android Samsung s24.

That might be the case I’ve never tried to connect to multiple devices at the same time (Iphone) but the last I looked Humminbird won’t let you “Pair” more than one device at a time
