Just changed it my plugs and they looked pretty ugly. Is there anything abnormal I need to worry about or is this normal and they just needed changed. They were not properly gapped. Seemed to be gapped at .030 like they come out of the box.

Sure looks like they saw a lot of idle or low rpm time.

Not much idle. Usually just run hard and shut down and fish. But I've only put 50 hours of the 478 it's got.
Bet the next set will look better since you'll gap correctly.
