Shutting down

Hi, I have a 2000 200 hp evinrude FICHT serial # 4950052 Model# E200FPXSIF
Engine would run for 15 min or so, then shut down, no lights on the dash came on when she shut down. Waited 10-15 min and she would run again then do the same thing.
I got a new battery just to see and she ran for 22 min this time then shut down. I've changed all the fuel filters, new plugs gapped and indexed.
Next day started her up and did the same thing but the "Hot" light came on. the diagnostic software report said Max Temp 197.4, EMM Max Temp 139.3
Also No active codes found. Any ideas ?

Sounds to me like you are dealing with a PDP with cold solder joints, the PDP in the ficht's were known to suffer cold solder joints when they used solder with no lead in it!

Thanks !! That picture i sent, can you tell me what that means ? that is with the engine not running. Also I have 2 motors, will getting a single key affect the lanyard kill switch ?

Since you have two motors you could swap the PDP's and see if the problem follows. You can also send the PDP to be repaired, DFI Technologies is one I have used but there are others that repair them!

Replaced ignition, started right up and sounded very smooth, 15 min later she died and hot light came on, fuel pump relay was warm rest were cool, emm was really warm and thermostat housings were very hot (put new thermostats in the other day) also water gauge on dash did not move at all !!

They said they make them anymore !! I tapped a relay on the port side of engine and the gauge started working and water came shooting out the pee hole !!! there is 2 relays on that side coming off a harness.
