    GPS speedo

My OEM Mercury speedo died over the winter again. Pulled the hose off, but it still died.
Has anyone tried the GPS ones from Amazon?

Not yet, although I am looking into replacing all of my gauges because cracked or fogged up lenses, because almost all of them are 40 years old. Normally, I look at my fishfinder for speed because my speedometer gauge is too low and blocked by the steering wheel.

Had GPS speedometer in my skeeter via the Yamaha Commamd Link gauges. Worked perfectly. The Ranger has GPS speed in the HDS gauge panel. It also has a regular Speedo. They are off from each other by about 5mph.

I have a GPS Speedo in this car….it works perfectly and you never have to calibrate it. image.jpg

Not exactly what you're asking. You can get a speedometer ap for your phone and it works.

I have a speedo on all my fish finders. Nice to have on on the dash and this one is the same price as the Mercury.
Is it junk? I don't know.

works perfectly. Has been installed since last October and has been in cold and wet, so far no problems at all

Appears to be. Mine is a “Geloo” branded one.
i bought mine from AZN US instead of CAN.
so far its working perfectly. The green setting on the lights even matched my factory gauges well enough
