    One Boat Network buttons

I have a quest, Xplore units, and raptors. Cannot get the one boat network buttons to work on any of these devices. Anyone else struggling with this? I have 2 tickets into MK and no answer yet. On the OBN app when i try to change the Quest OBN button to deploy raptors, it does not show it as an option...

Have you performed the Bluetooth connection to the Raptor? You may want to dig into this further, but when you have to many devices connected it will not operate all of them and will not operated the ones you want to operate. Make sure it is just the devices you are working with and unpair the rest.

I believe you have to have the raptors paired to your phone and the quest at the same time to have the options available. Once the option is selected, if your raptors and quest are connected through a HB network then they can communicate and function correctly.

I have the same issue. Both the raptors and the quest are connected to my phone and show connected in the OBN app, but the option to assign raptors to the quest OBN foot control never shows up in the app.

When you say to have the raptors paired to my phone and the quest at the same time, is that via Bluetooth, or the one boat network app? I have been doing both at the same time. I guess maybe it needs to be one or the other? But the OBN app needs both devices connected via bluetooth to work?

You have to have them both connected to the bluetooth on your phone in order for both options to show up on the OBN app.

As far as the options for the OBN button on the trolling motor. I would make sure that both the raptors and the various quest software versions are all up to date. Then I would say, try fully deploying the trolling motor and see if that option becomes available after that. Also, I think you can program the MK OBN button through your HB head unit. Maybe try that option as well. Between all those devices, it would be the OBN app that I would trust the least to work properly.

If none of those things help, I am fresh out of ideas.
