GMS 10

Has anyone had a random port just quit working on their gms 10? Was out last month and panoptix icon did not display. Quick look revealed gls 10 had no power. Did a trace and all filled ports on gms 10 were blinking except one, which has black box network cord in it. I unscrewed and used another port and all Is fine. Is there something I can do to make the dead port come to life in case I need it later ?

I doubt it....its a PCB board inside and there is typically nothing you can do unless you or someone else has the tools to diagnos it...
