I take the Passion 4 health liquid vitamin supplement. I would highly recommend it. The liquid is far better absorbed than pills.

I’d lean a little towards asking your doctor for health advice instead of a bunch of random strangers on the internet.

I would agree if the question pertained to a specific medical condition, But the OP is asking about vitamin supplements for health maintenance. Very very few M.D's or D.O.'s are going to have or even want to give input on that. Also, Since vitamins and supplements are not regulated by the FDA, word-of-mouth and User recommendations are actually very useful. Due to the lack of regulation the purity level can vary greatly between manufactures, so again, Real life experience with certain brands is very useful information. And let's be honest, the typical family doctor is more interested in sending you to the pharmacy and not the local vitamin Shoppe.

The brand is really important when choosing a multivitamin. 21XDC above is on on of the good brands. We have a family owned local health store and I had the pleasure of talking to the owner several times. She enlightened me on quite a few things about the different brands that are out there and ones that can be trusted. In a nutshell couple of the ones below are good.

On the life extension what is the difference in the one a day and the two a day? And I know its how many you take in a day.

I take one with breakfast and one with dinner. I think it spans better throughout the day than trying to take one.

My doctor calls this one a supervitamin.

I take a GNC multi for men over 50, twice per day, also a D and K1 supplement. The vitamin that I feel has done me the most good is the 1000mg NOW vitamin C that I take twice a day. It was recommended by my dermatologist for bruising but I haven't had a cold or really any kind of illness since I started taking it. I even tested positive for COVID when my wife had it but I never even had a runny nose from it. I'm a believer in the high dose vitamin C.
    Don't worry Ma'am....
    I'm only here for the
    Bass.

C-MON MAN....this is the BBC. We can diagnose and cure most anything that ails you. Just ask.
There's lots of decaffeinated brands that are just as tasty as the real thing.

I notice a LOT of the supplements hawked on tv have an incredible amount of B12 in them. I've tried taking B12 and too much makes me feel like crap.

I know it's supposed to give you energy but....

Yeah, your doctor or a pharmaceutical rep...oh wait, same thing...

D, Boron, Zinc, Magnesium (not oxide, glycinate or citrate) and Citruline...and over 50 get that Metamucil.
