Finally coming inside to take a load off

Been pretty nice out today so between egg pic ups been getting the garden ready. Cleaned out some flower beds and checked my bird houses. Got three nest of bluebirds and one chickadee. Made some salsa and guacamole to go with chips. Think me and the dogs will hit the porch for a while

Yes, yesterday was nice enough for me to clean around the house and move almost a dump truck worth of mulch. Feeling it this AM, but nothing a god nap won’t fix.

I gambled, checked the ten day forecast, planted a lot in my garden. Plan on resting today. Have not been able to fish, boat motor unfortunately is getting a new powerhead. Hopefully ready by mid April.

Man I feel your pain literally lol. We just moved and have gotten settled. I’ve been pressure washing concrete and the house. Organizing a new shop that I put my boat in. Helped the wife plant a tulip tree. I’m feeling it this morning.

Man I know living that life can be hard but there are many days I wish I had a life like that instead of living in the rat race. I enjoy many of your posts showing the farming life.
