Hey guys, I need some advice. I have a ‘94 Javelin 379T and found the battery trays on the port side had come loose. Long story short, I cut the fiberglass, removed the rotten wood, removed that section of foam so it can dry out. Stinger and transom are solid, and the main floor was replaced last year. Now to the main point. The rotten area extends under the port storage compartment and live well (rear deck). I don’t have the equipment or desire to pull the cap. I have two directions of thought: 1) lay new wood in sections and pack the area under the compartment with resin soaked fiberglass. 2). Remove fuel tank and try to slide one solid piece of wood and lay glass on top. I’m open to any ideas and feedback. My dad had the fiberglass experience and I only know the basics from watching him when I was growing up. Thanks,
