More than likely you have a hole in the hose between the pump and livewell, or a loose fitting somewhere along the line.

Pop all the covers and fill it with garden hose, and run it.....maybe just a loose hose clamp or something. You should be able to find the leak pretty easily. check for leaks at pumps, all hoses, and fittings at livewell.

Thanks guys, will look at it today.

May be spilling out overtop the livewell as well. I have had to put silicone around the top of the livewell where it meets the floor on several boats that had that issue.

Opened up everything, filled the live well and recirculated it for 1/2 hour. Everything dry. Checked overflow, wide open. Ran down to the launch ramp, backed in still attached to trailer for 1/2 hour, recirculated the well. All dry. Hmmmmm.
Left the cover plates off, will take it out latter in week when rain stops and watch while fishing.

It may be the fitting in the stern also. You may need to do a full float test for that though so you get some water pressure on it. I read of a guy having this issue with a new boat, they dident put enough silicone on the fitting and it was leaking into the bilge from around the fitting.

Fill and recirculate are two different pumps
Fill bilge with some water and see if leaking out at Port fill connector
