    Loose hoses inside skirt

After changing the impeller, I ran it and noticed some exhaust coming from the skirt top and bottom. When I remove the skirt there were two loose hoses hanging on the left-hand side. Apparently they come off the VST is near as I can tell. I have looked and looked and looked, and I cannot understand what these two hoses are, unless their vents!
It’s a 25 hp, Can anybody fill me in?

One is a vent, the other is a drain as I recall. They literally just stick through openings into the lower cowlings.

Thank you I was concerned that something had been disconnected. Thanks for the quick response.
